20 inch thighs here!
-
Agreed. My friend is using them... ..and I can't tell the difference!!! It's only a temporary fix mind you; you are better off exercising and having the right food intake.
-
"But it's Dr. Oz approved!" Also... "Other people are to blame for my weight gain!"
-
You know what - that is okay; it's a kinda given over holidays and events! Just put in some more work after everything has subsided and you can get back onto the track - YOU CAN DO THIS!!
-
Well done chick; those are amazing results! So inspirational - keep up the awesome work!!! You should be VERY VERY proud of yourself

I don't do Crossfit, but it was like this at my gym when I first started. You can probs choose another place or you can ignore them and start building yourself in strength to satisfy yourself. You have to ask yourself: Are you there for the people or are you there for yourself? Some people don't really understanding that…

Weirdness is a sign of greatness :P But hey, some competition is good!!!
-
Hey man; welcome to the community! Look forward to seeing you around more! I can't agree more with the "mean people" comment - some people on here need some sugar coating but hey, not all of us are like that! Again welcome!

First thing's first: *hugs* To the bigger issue: Take baby steps - one step at a time until you hit the resolve. Exercise helped me through my depressive period and there WILL be times where you don't see any progress (the notorious plateaus) but just push through it! Whatever doesn't kill you will only make you stronger.…

If you log your exercise on MFP, it will be added to the calories which you are supposed to eat back. As 700 is a big burn, you would be better off eating them back as your body will need the nutrients that you get from the food. Also, I would not recommend speeding up the weightloss process and try for a loss of .5kg per…

Nopeee, I see this at gym all the time! At the gym, the men all have "broships" going whilst the women kinda eye each other off at each corner of the room.

Gaining weight is kind-a inevitable if you want to gain muscle too.You might want to start using a measuring tape as an indication only because if you lose fat and gain muscle and you are absolutely contempt that you want to see the scale go down...you won't be pleased....
-
Agreed. And remember, abs are made in the kitchen! But whatever you are doing, keep it up because the results have already started!
-
I did for a while but then broke through it :) For me it was just a phase!
-
Ohhhno; just dropping by to spread the MFP love. Feel free to add me - I'm your neighbor from across the ditch: Aus!

I do agree with the waste of money part in this one. A lot of people report great success with Herbalife but when it comes to stopping the shakes, they put the weight back on as well as additional weight. If you lose weight through dieting and exercising you will not only lose the weight, but educate yourself on what type…
-
Bear in mind that you might not notice any fluctuations on the scale due to muscle gain.. You are probably better off consulting the measuring tape on this one...
