I too have been a smoker for 20 years and I do aerobics 5 times a week and dont have a problem. All the extra weight I was hauling around made me more short of breath than the smoking does. I will quit at some point just not ready yet. Good luck!!

ok so the cals burned is total....daily life and living...ok got it Now for logging.....if I do 30 mins of aerobics and burn 200 cals I wouldnt think I would log that because fitbit will have already recorded 200 cals burned right? Oh who knew this little thing could be so confusing!!

When I walk past a mirror and have to back up and do a double take because the person with the skinny face just CANT BE ME!! Then I have to touch my face just to make sure it really is me.

I find that I have my good days and my bad days. Some days food is all I ever think about. Other days food is not on my mind. I think it is a learning process that takes awhile to learn. I havent had any support from my family other than my husband and my son. If I say something to my parents they just say oh good. lol

My goal is to be at my goal weight (140) by Oct 1st. so come Christmas I should be maintaining nicly. It will be nice not to be embarressed to have my pic taken at Christmas.

Nope nothing at all. I do try and eat about 90% clean though. I exercise 5 or 6 days a week for about an hour.

I am 5'3" 180 pounds...I am in a size 12 right now, so I would guess that at 160-170 I will be able to fit in a 10. I also have a dress I bought at the beggining of my journey that is a size 10....it will be a happy day when I can wear it! Good luck!!

This is basicly what we do.....We have a garden and grow most of our veggies....I then can them myself (yes the old fashion way), we also raise and butcher our own meat, cows, pigs, turkey, chicken. Yea but see that is a very bad example of this. You didnt not only starve yourself you were feeding yourself bad food. I lost my first 28 pounds in 6 weeks so I expect to lose the next 22 in the next 7 weeks to 11 weeks. Which would be a total of 13 to 17 weeks to lose 50 pounds.
