Ok so long bangs.....what do I do with them when I do a ponytail? I look really dumb with no bangs at all..ie pulled back into the ponytail. There is no way in hell I would cut my hair short..been there done that and hated it.

They should have an instructor of some sort at your gym, I would talk to them and have them tell you what to do.

5/1/12 SW 215.8 current 190.4 Seriously dropped my calories ( I too was kidding myself about how may I was actually eatting in a day), I eat 95 % clean, I now workout 5 or 6 days a week ( I didnt do anything the first month). Now 6 weeks later down 25 pounds. WOO HOO!!

I dont love vegs but I dont hate them either...I eat them when I can...there are some days I so dont want them that if I try to eat them I gag.

I love just about any apacolyptic or post movie, although I think the Road warrior series is sooooo dumb! I am a nut for apacolyptic movies I REALLY LOVE the show on AMC The Walking Dead LOVE, LOVE,LOVE it! Also really liked Jericho until they took it off.

1. The size of an actual portion is way smaller than I thought it was. 2. The amount of calories in the amount of food I was eatting before. 3. I might actually like excersize (for the most part) 4. I actually can eat alot less and not be hungry

My avg is 3.83 pounds a week...but the first week I lost 8.8 and since then it has been between 1.5 to 3

Nope...I have never found overweight men attractive...but on the other hand I dont find "skinny" men attractive either...I like them just right. Thank God my "just right" husband didnt mind a woman with alot of extra padding. :embarassed:

I totally agree with this...in my marriage I compliment my husband and he me and in by BFF relationship it is the same. We just go together plain and simple. Like peanut butter and jelly lol :glasses:

I started my journey 6 weeks ago and I started it with seeing a nutritionist. I go every Tuesday for a weigh in and advice. I have lost 22 pounds and 22.5 in that time. I really like seeing the nutritionist. I feel as though it has helped me mentally if nothing else.

I log cleaning, mowing the yard, anything "extra" I do that I dont do everyday. I dont log sex. And sometimes I will log it before I do it, it gives me the boost to make sure I get it done.

I heard that you cant spot reduce. It just does what it wants. lol I have a large tummy and abdomen and thighs and while everything else seems to be getting smaller it seems like those areas are going to hold onto the fat the longest and be the last to go (they better go anyway!!) So just stick with it!!!
