I am half way through Week 5 and see very minimal change, haven't lost any weight actually gained about 5lb and than went back down. I actually haven't lost any weight through the first month, I have actually gained 2 lbs and I have about 5 days left until recovery week. I've heard that most loss the weight / inches in the second month.. anyways good luck to everyone :) Remember to keep pushing play!

I always count my green tea, like you I drink at least 3 teas a day, and find it difficult to dirnk plain water unless working out..

I just stayed 2 weeks at Secrets Wild Orchid, I ran around the resort to get some exercise, there were many that did so in the AM. I picked it up last year on that deal! I love, love insanity, but Rockin' Body is a fun workout that will get you results, my sister has lost 20lbs only doing RB and my 79 year old grandmother (doing modified obviously) has lost 15lbs... it's no where near what insanity is but if you enjoy dancing its a great change up!

I am on day 10, the first few days were rough, but now I really look forward to my 40 mins with Shaun T a day! Push through, I haven't seen any results yet, I was actually up a few pounds but I believe that is water retention since my muscles are healing... anyways lovin how I feel :) GL everyone!
