I'm ending my Whole30 tomorrow and honestly can't wait to weigh in. I am obsessed with the scale and as far as logging in the food; that I don't mind not doing but will start again tomorrow since it also makes it easier to remind me to log in for the day into MFP and keep myself accountable.

Monday will be 3 weeks in and the beginning of my vacation. So far so good, just praying I will be strong and make it the last week. Kinda hard not weighing and logging my food, and I feel much better and a bit more energized.

I usally drink my bulletproof on weekends only using 1 T extra virgin coconut oil, 1 T ghee and about 2 T coconut milk. As long as I stay away from the sugars, fruits, ie, oranges, clementines, etc, and limit my carbs to 50 or less, I start loosing. I also keep my protein high, or at least try to along with my fat intake.

I was at BJ's today and did not think of even looking for Kerrygold. I have a Costco, Sam's Club, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's all within 5-10 miles and have no problem of finding Kerrygold.
