Day 3 of Whole30 and am doing ok, except for the occassional headaches. The only thing I miss is my scale. I can't believe I haven't weighed myself in 3 days when before this I was weighing myself daily.

I use a very strong columbian coffee with 1T of unsalted grain free butter and 1T of coconut oil. I also throw in about 2T coconut milk with about 1tsp of either cinnamon or nutmeg. Blend it in my magic bullet and good to go. Absolutely delish and comes out very frothy.

I really love spaghetti squash with marinara sauce. It is so filling and delish and extremely easy to cook. I make my bulletproof coffee and my husband asks what am I doing, I tell him, and he makes a funny face and walks away. I guess it isn't for everyone. By the way, he did eat the eggs and sausage that I cooked for him and our daughter.

I tried bullet proof coffee for the first time this past weekend. Used 1T of Virgin Coconut Oil, 1T of Plugar unsalted butter (grain free) and 1 tsp cinnamon.
