  • I started at 229. I'm now on week 5, and loving it. It sounds like maybe you need to slow your pace down a bit. You should never be 'huffing & puffing' speed isn't near as important in the beginning as building your endurance. Speed comes with time, you'll get there. :wink:
  • This sounds delish! I'm gonna have to try this! I've been wanting to find a homemade hummus recipe. i love it with red/orange bell pepper strips!
  • I want to lose another 10 pounds continue with my 0-10k training add a new cardio routine to my weekly workout. I'm thinking swimming. :)
