My goals:
1) To get below 190 (I have lost and gained back the same 5 pounds for the last 2 months)
2) To fit into all the size 16 clothes I bought (I was in a 26 when i started this journey 14 months ago)
3) To workout at least 6 times a week
4) To defeat my cravings, whatever they are for (Do not give in)
5) Eat healthy (lots of veggies, less carbs)
I know I can do this, because I did it when I started 14 months ago, but the last 2 months, I seem to have forgotten about the good habits. I will be successful with these goals.0 -

It's really a work Wellness Challenge, but I'm eating 5 fruits & veggies a day!! This is something I have a hard time with, so looking forward to the challenge.0

Yesterday was my 42nd birthday, so I am starting a day late, but that's okay!!! My goals for September are:
1. Get back into an exercise routine.
2. Continue the Paleo diet.
3. Stay positive & focused like I was before.0 -
My goal for Septemebr is to complete and Ironman
course over 1 month, (run 42.2Km, Swim 3.86Km
and Cycle 180.25Km).
The running and cycling shouldn't be a big problem
but I'm not a big swimmer and today only managed
0.6Km. Oh well, that's why I'm pushing for this.

I have a mud run at the end of the month that I would love to lose 4 kilos before doing so, as well as being fitter and stronger All my friends would see the changes too >.<0

My goals for September
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
2. Do 30 minutes of exercises on the days I have to work (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
3. Do Not eat PIZZA (I work right beside a pizza place so it's quick and easy to grab and eat).
4. Eat more chicken and tuna.
5. Start using my weights 3 times a day.
6. I will start eating more fruits and veggies.
7. I will loose 5-7 pounds this month!!
I am on day 2 and so far so good!!!0 -
