1) To get below 190 (I have lost and gained back the same 5 pounds for the last 2 months)
2) To fit into all the size 16 clothes I bought (I was in a 26 when i started this journey 14 months ago)
3) To workout at least 6 times a week
4) To defeat my cravings, whatever they are for (Do not give in)
5) Eat healthy (lots of veggies, less carbs)
I know I can do this, because I did it when I started 14 months ago, but the last 2 months, I seem to have forgotten about the good habits. I will be successful with these goals.0 -
