My birthday is this month (9/25) so my goal is to lose those final 3 pounds and have a flat belly by then. I think it's possible.0

Mines is to stop drinking so many sodas and to lose 5lbs.0

For September I'd like to lose 10lbs.
I'd love to keep up working out for 1 hour per day burning between 600-700 calories everyday.0 -
Meet my C25K week 2-5 goals
Increase my daily workout from 700 cals to 1,000 cals
Find my new size in clothes (either an 8 or a 6)
Keep up my healthy new lifestyle and start to transition0 -
Mine are:
lose 5 lbs
Complete September mini challenges from group
Burn 300 calories a day.0 -
Get down to 129lbs
Be able to run for 20 minutes without stopping
Try go to the gym 3 times a week
And swim once a week0 -
To exercise 4- 5 times a week.
Find great recipes and then cook healthy meals the whole family can enjoy and stop cooking for them and then differently for me.
To lose 5 - 8 lbs.
To keep on track at the weekends.0 -

My September goal WAS to be 180 by September 20th (losing two or three pounds), but I managed to beat that in August... XD
So, now I'm hoping to beat my October goal in September (lose 3 more pounds and be 175) by the end of September! XD0 -

Stop using stress/emotions as an excuse to eat junk!!. To log my food intake daily. Start using the treadmill that I bought a month ago!!! To start off my 31st year (bday 9/23) heading in the right direction!0
