Share what you want to accomplish this month! I love to make monthly goals to provide more motivation.
Here are mine!
Lose 10 pounds.
Lose 3 inches off my waist.
Run my first 10k.

I will be happy if I could lose another 5lbs.0

Gain 5 lbs.
Add 10lbs to most of my lifts0 -
- Be able to do 35 pushups
- Run my 1.5 mile run in less than 12 minutes
- Be able to do 80 situps
- Run 8 miles without stopping (currently at five)
- Make it to bootcamp in one piece (because I leave at the end of this month!)0 -

Continue on with C25K
Go at least 30 miles on my elliptical
Lose at least 5 lbs.

Stop drinking alcohol on work nights and as much as possible in general

To get down to my Uni weight which was 12st 6 (Currently 13st) so a loss of 8lb.
Continue to drink 1.5-2l of water per day.
TO carry on going to the gym 5/6 times per week! This will get harder as I start back at work again on Monday after having a long time off!!!

Ooh - I love this. ok my somewhat lofty (but it's going well so I'm sticking with the positive) goals to hit by Sept 30 are:
#1 - be 60kg (5.1 kgs) away
#2 - go for an hour long walk EVERY morning
#3 - stick rigidly to my diet plan/recipe book for every meal except when I have a planned social event (1-2per week)
# - LOG ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING as accurately as possible.
If I can do all this, by the last week I'm going to buy a new dress for the wedding I'm attending on Sept 30. Wish me luck!!0 -

Save money so that when I reach my goal I can buy new clothes.
Do well with my eating whilst going to college, not eating unhealthy. Also still going to the gym whilst at college and walking to and home from college.0 -

Find great recipes and then cook healthy meals the whole family can enjoy and stop cooking for them and then differently for me.
