Share what you want to accomplish this month! I love to make monthly goals to provide more motivation. :)
Here are mine!
Lose 10 pounds.
Lose 3 inches off my waist.
Run my first 10k.

    I will be happy if I could lose another 5lbs.

    Gain 5 lbs.
    Add 10lbs to most of my lifts
  • - Be able to do 35 pushups
    - Run my 1.5 mile run in less than 12 minutes
    - Be able to do 80 situps
    - Run 8 miles without stopping (currently at five)
    - Make it to bootcamp in one piece (because I leave at the end of this month!)

    Continue on with C25K
    Go at least 30 miles on my elliptical
    Lose at least 5 lbs.

    To lose 5 pounds

    To drink all of my water every day

    To work out 4 to 5 times a week

    To prepare my food for the week; cut up vegetables for snacks...grill chicken..get stuff ready ahead of time.

    Stay under my calorie goal 5 our of 7 days with out eating back more then half my calories

    Stop drinking alcohol on work nights and as much as possible in general

    Exercise 5-6 days a week

    To get down to my Uni weight which was 12st 6 (Currently 13st) so a loss of 8lb.
    Continue to drink 1.5-2l of water per day.
    TO carry on going to the gym 5/6 times per week! This will get harder as I start back at work again on Monday after having a long time off!!!

    Ooh - I love this. ok my somewhat lofty (but it's going well so I'm sticking with the positive) goals to hit by Sept 30 are:
    #1 - be 60kg (5.1 kgs) away
    #2 - go for an hour long walk EVERY morning
    #3 - stick rigidly to my diet plan/recipe book for every meal except when I have a planned social event (1-2per week)
    # - LOG ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING as accurately as possible.

    If I can do all this, by the last week I'm going to buy a new dress for the wedding I'm attending on Sept 30. Wish me luck!!

    eat clean as much as possible
  • Lose 10 pounds so I will be 148.5 pounds!
    Do 30 hours at the gym.
    Save money so that when I reach my goal I can buy new clothes.
    Do well with my eating whilst going to college, not eating unhealthy. Also still going to the gym whilst at college and walking to and home from college.

    Septembers goals- Not to completly fail at my goals like the last three months- Lets make it realistic, Run at least 3 days a week and eat 6 times a day. Increase my protien, decrease carbss
  • Lose at least 5-7 pounds..
    Exercise 5-6 days a week!
    Eat cleaner..
    Lose an inch off my waist!

    to get under 300 lbs that should be to hard I am down to 302

    lose 8-10 lbs this month

    start at C25K program

    get 3 days strength exercises and 5 of cardio every week

    My birthday is this month (9/25) so my goal is to lose those final 3 pounds and have a flat belly by then. I think it's possible.

    Mines is to stop drinking so many sodas and to lose 5lbs.
  • For September I'd like to lose 10lbs.
    I'd love to keep up working out for 1 hour per day burning between 600-700 calories everyday.

    Meet my C25K week 2-5 goals
    Increase my daily workout from 700 cals to 1,000 cals
    Find my new size in clothes (either an 8 or a 6)
    Keep up my healthy new lifestyle and start to transition
  • Mine are:

    lose 5 lbs
    Complete September mini challenges from group
    Burn 300 calories a day.
  • Get down to 129lbs
    Be able to run for 20 minutes without stopping
    Try go to the gym 3 times a week
    And swim once a week

    Find great recipes and then cook healthy meals the whole family can enjoy and stop cooking for them and then differently for me.

    -Run my 1st 5k (already registered - it's on 9/22/12)
    -Try to get more toning exercising in
    -Eat a little more healthily - I need to focus more on fresh fruits & veggies.
    -On another note - I'm constantly struggling to get organized and manage my time better, so of course improvement in those areas are on my list for September.
