    - Finish C25K ( on week 8 day 3- have to re-do it tho)
    - Begin strength training using kinect MMA game
    - Tone up using Jillian Michaels kickbox fast fix DVD
    - Move 100 miles (walking/jogging/ biking) for monthly challenge
    - get down to the 165-ish weight

    Starting a new job Sept 17th, so excited.
    Need to start a new schedule to get my exercise in
    Healthy food choices 80% of the time

    Get to within 5 lbs of my goal weight! I haven't weighed in a couple of weeks so I'm not sure how close I am
    Keep trimming that belly fat on the way to ripped abs
    Start saving up/get a design for my goal weight tat :D

    Try a a core trx class at the gym if I like it Ill pay the extra fee and go all the time.
    Try a new healthy recipe for chicken breast every 2 weeks
    Keep packing all my meals and snacks for work.

    also, fit into my jeans better. be more motivated and just continue eating healthy every day :)

  • Run a total of 80 miles.
    Go to Starbucks no more than twice a week (I've been going once a day lately, which is down from twice a day)
    Work on hitting my macro goals more consistently.

    My September goals are:

    - lose 7lbs
    - continue to exercise 5 times per week
    - hike 20 miles
    - increase protien and decrease carbs and fat

    My September goals :

    1. Loose another 8 pounds
    2. Eat More Veggies
    3. Remember to take my multi vitamin EVERY DAY
    4. Work out at least 6 days a week
    5. Add another spin class to my weekly routine, because it burns so much calories
    6. Keep a Positive attitude :) About fitness, health and everyday living !:love:

    my Sept goals are:

    >> lose 12 lbs to reach 287 (that will put me at 25% of my total goal)

    >> complete 60 hours of cardio this month (15 hrs a wk)

    >> get my sodium in check

    My goals:
    1) To get below 190 (I have lost and gained back the same 5 pounds for the last 2 months)
    2) To fit into all the size 16 clothes I bought (I was in a 26 when i started this journey 14 months ago)
    3) To workout at least 6 times a week
    4) To defeat my cravings, whatever they are for (Do not give in)
    5) Eat healthy (lots of veggies, less carbs)

    I know I can do this, because I did it when I started 14 months ago, but the last 2 months, I seem to have forgotten about the good habits. I will be successful with these goals.

    - Use my rowing machine for at least 40 minutes straight every day
    - Walk every day
    - Walk my gran's dog several times a week
  • I want to lose another 10 pounds
    continue with my 0-10k training
    add a new cardio routine to my weekly workout. I'm thinking swimming. :)
