You're my twin! Me too. Glad I'm not the only one. I get upset when I see bigger losses but then have to remind myself that I've done this the right way. I'm more fit and healthy then I've ever been. Some people just can't believe it when I say I've only lost just a bit more than 20lbs in 9 months.

I noticed a strange one just the other day. High heeled shoes that used to be really uncomfortable are suddenly bareable. I guess I don't have as much pressure from the weight from the rest of my body on my toes anymore.

How did I do it? I worked for it. I ate healthy 90% of the time. I walked a lot, lifted weights, made best friends with my fitbit. I kept my deficit between 250-500 calories a day. I'm a slow looser too and sometimes I get mad at myself because I COULD be getting this weight off faster...but I would hating life. As it is I obsess about everything that I eat and how often I excersize. If I dropped my intake even lower I would be a cranky nastly person.

Me too. Good all week and then eat back my deficit on the weekends. Ugghh.. I've been at a stand still for the last 6 weeks or so. At least I have not gained and Ive continued to work out. Once school starts and we are not going camping and to theme parks, and to bbq's...I'll be back on track.

I ask for double meat and double corn and mild salsa. I get whatever meat strikes my fancy that day, rice, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese, and a side of guac. I must look like a pig when I order but I only eat half or less than half of it. My 6year old shares it with me. It's our favorite!

I had one along with lipo in 2010. I'd do it all over again. My scar isnt the best and I still have no feeling and get the pins and needles sensation a lot around where the scar is. Small price to pay though for having a flat tummy for the first time in my life.
