No, i mean for example appearently celery has load of salt? I don't understand the healthy food having salt. I don't eat any prepackaged stuff anymore. but even healthy food like chicken has it. you know? I do avoid salt as much as possible but it's hard when it is in the healthy stuff to.

Yeah water is an issue with me I have been told by doctors that I am almost always dehydrated, as for salt I try so hard to cut out as much as possible but it's hard cause it's in frigging everything

Yea I'm literally in the same boat I moved from walking distance to the river to the centre of downtown.. It's scary so now if I want to go walking on the trails my fiance has to drive there. but he works and after he's off it's dark out (untill summer at least) so I only get to go twice a week. I have exercise equiptment…

I love biking and going for long walks but i'm still not used to my area so I feel unsafe going without my fiance.

... Yes my wedding is great motivation but when you are on a diet completely alone it is nice to have moivation from people doing the same as you. Thanks for your input though :D

My advice, try not to weigh yourself everyday. Your weight fluctuates so much during the day. Trust me, I used to weigh everyday and get discouraged because I didn't see a loss, then at the end of the week I actually saw a real loss. So I switched to weighing once a week(every Saturday morning). Try it and see if it helps.…

Thanks I do have other goals :) I have completely stopped with fast food other then 1 surpee that i couldn't even finish cuz it made me sick.
