BTW....trick for salad dressings : When you go to the restaurant and you don`t know what the calories are in a dressing, ask for it on the side. When it is time to eat your salad, dip your fork into the dressing then get that salad on the fork. You still get that amazing taste without the extra calories.

I am eating 1200 calories per day. When I exercise I eat half or all those calories depending on the day and how I feel. I drink 8-12 cups of water per day and I exercise 3-5 times a week minimum. Each person is different, so you need to figure out what is best for you.

As long as you stick to you calorie goals and have a deficit of 3500 calories at the end of the week you will lose weight. -3500 calories = 1 pound ....so the bigger the deficit at the end of the week the more you will lose. HI there ! Since you have a health condition that prevents you from exercise, perhaps you should try walking or swimming, Or talk perhaps to a professional (perhaps a trainer) who can work around your health condition and find the appropriate exercises for you do achieve your goals. Good luck :)

You are looking good!!! I am the same height and have the same weight goal of 125. It says for our height we should weigh between 101lbs and 136lbs.... so right down the middle is good for me. I went from 183 to 134lbs.... 9 left to go....but 130 would make me really happy !
