The 30 DS is awesome ! It shapes your body in all the right places. Awesome. I was wondering the same myself. I started for the first time tonight. I really like Phase 1 cd 1. It fast, upbeat and you don't have enough time to get sick of the exercises but just long enough to feel the burn!

SlimFast.... not very good. Tastes terrible....and I was always hungry. I would rather count my calories and eat less than drink that stuff. You`ll definitely lose weight, but as soon as you start eating again, you'll most likely gain it back.

Just don't. Just step away from the leftovers! I give the kids smaller portions. If they ask for more they get some. Whatever is not eaten is frozen for a meal at a later date....no waste....no extra calories and saving time making dinner at a later date.

I would like to go to the gym but that isn't feasible. I usually exercise from home. Can't lifting be done at home? If so, what kind of weights do I need? So far the only 'weight training' I have done is Jillian Michaels 30 day shred with 2 lb weights....lol.... I now own 5 lb weights. Is there any at home programs?
