  • Oh, you don't even need to worry about that. I'm 135 lbs and I can't do full push-ups. I think it's got more to do with muscle strength (which I obviously lack... for now!) than body weight. I say, you should try it. Even if you just do one. Just try for a little more each day.
  • 6 years ago when I was still in high school a girl in my dance class said I looked pregnant. I called her an anorexic something-that-starts-with-a-C... It wasn't a high point in my life. Unfortunately, my weight has fluctuated all through life, particularly the last few years, since it's been so unstable, what with moving…
  • I wish I could say ice cream, but ice cream has never been kind to my body and I always end up sick in bed the next day. I'd say my guilty pleasure (food) is... cheeto cheese puffs. I'm addicted.. No, no, I WAS an addict. I haven't had any in months.
  • I've always found peanut butter helped me.
  • It comes and it goes. Yesterday it was melting, then last night it snowed, and once again today it started melting again :P I can't wait until the summer!
  • Phew! Done! I definitely need to work my arms more, that's for sure. I expected it to be a piece of cake, boy was I wrong!
  • More power to you! No one should judge you, because honestly, there is nothing wrong with exploring all the reaches of the sexual nature. I've already told my boyfriend that later in our relationship, if we get married we'll probably end up doing something like that.
  • I've only had one experience with a FWB. We had rules, but he was dishonest so I ended it. I don't hold much creedence in these types of friend-relationships. You need an open mind, but you also have to be completely honest. The other person has the right to know if you're going to be physical with someone else, because…
  • I've been going to tumblr and looking at all the fitspo blogs with healthy foods and pictures of strong women or people doing activities. It motivates me to try new exercises and foods! On tumblr these blogs are called fitspo blogs, not to be confused with thinspo. I have one titled: healthyfoodandexercise.tumblr.com that…
  • I'm responsible for feeding the kids 4 times each day. Breakfast, lunch, snack after naptime, and dinner. The kids get fed some pretty healthy stuff but because most of them are growing, they eat things that wouldn't be good for someone like me (aka, someone with portion control problems... yikes!). Because I'm around food…
  • Hi there! I'm Doxey. I'm 21 years old, 22 in March. I work anywhere from 6-14 hours a day with kids. My days off are Sundays, my favorite because then I get to focus on my writing. Oh, I'm a part-time novelist as well, if that makes any sense at all. About a year ago I was 117 pounds so that's what my goal weight is.…
  • Hey, I'm Doxey. 21 years old with a job working with kids, ranging anywhere from 6-14 hours a day, plus working on my novels and I've got a goal to write 12 this year. I am most definitely in on this!
  • From what I've heard, it's beneficial to your body if you have a day off of working your muscles. Your muscles need to grow and they can't do that if they are constantly being worked.
  • Congrats!!! That's quite a feat!! Good vibes your way! You can do it! Unfortunately I'm not in Cali anymore. I'll always be a Californian though! The snow up here is actually starting to melt... but it hasn't been consistent at all this winter. Go figure haha
  • Thank you both and good luck to you too! Replied to the buddy request. I am always looking for motivation and helping!
  • Corn.... Artichokes with mayo... I also didn't realize ranch was bad for you. I might add I'm quite new to the healthy eating thing :P
