I so laughed when I read this....sounds just like me and I have 6 children :laugh: Glad I'm not alone in this. (Seriously I love my children and all but some days it is insanity around here.)

In some cases taking a Thermotab (salt pill) will help, but always ask your Doctor first. This is one thing that I have first hand knowledge of, I have a condition where my body doesn't retain any sodium at all. If I don't take at least one salt pill a day I have something similar to a seizure.

I know what you are talking about. Mine were ok enough after having and BF 6 children. Now that I'm losing weight I'm sadly saying bye to one of the only things I liked about my body :tongue: But I guess if I start in on the weight training I can make what little I have left look a bit better than they do now...lol :laugh:

I actually do still lose weight during that week. Maybe it is because I don't change my eating or exercise routines during that week. Or maybe I'm just a freak that way :laugh:

I LOVE to wear heels. I was a Ballroom dancer for 2 years and I had to dance in 2 inch heels. The highest heels I have are only 4 1/2 inch but that puts me at the same height as my hubby. I even wore heels when I was pregnant and had several people tell me that I made liars out of them because thay had told someone else…

I workout at home, but I have never had anyone ogle me ever that I am aware of.....I would love to know that someone liked what I look like. There is always hope that it will happen someday :laugh:

I met my Hubby 4 months before we were married. Our 16th Anniversary is coming up in May. It hasn't always been easy but it has been well worth it, and I have 6 beautiful children to prove it :happy:

I am a stay at home mom with 6 children, 4 of which are is school. That leaves me with a little bit of time for myself when the other 2 are napping. :smile:

Ok so I have heard that the Brazilian Butt Lift video is great...the only problem is I can't afford to buy it or a membership to a gym. Any suggestions to lift and tighten for someone who stays at home to workout? I would REALLY love to have a nice looking butt.

Initial weigh in Feb. 1st = 164 Week 1 weigh in Feb. 8th =159 Week 2 weigh in Feb. 15th = 156 Week 3 weigh in Feb. 22nd = 156 Week 4 weigh in Feb. 29th = 153 Weight loss this month: 11 pounds. :happy: I was trying to be realistic when I set my monthly goal for 5 to 10 pounds....I'll take an 11lb loss any month.

When I find myself feeling hungry I drink a big glass of water and wait about 15 minutes...if I'm still hungry I have a granola bar (90 to 100 Cals.) or an apple.

I agree that eating too few cals is unhealthy. My mom and sister are both nurses and my mom is constantly after me not to eat too few cals. I have noticed though that even if I eat my 1200 cals a day and I have (Extra) cals from my workout that it still says that I was under my cal goal. I try to eat only my 1200 cals and…
