Well it's really hard to say without really knowing. Chinese is one of the worst foods. My husband loves his chinese food so once I looked it up and it was more than a whole days calorie count. Maybe yours wasn't but its hard to tell. Just go with your gut and eat well from here on.

Why use something that is not natural when you can just eat right and exercise and lose the weight. To many side effects. My personal opinion is do it the natural way.

it's hard to say what you can do without seeing what you may be eating. Slow and steady is good on weight loss though. How many calories,fat,sugar,salt,carbs may all contribute to slow weight loss. The protein in MFP is set on the low side. It probably won't be a problem unless you have Kidney problems. I always go over on mine and am still losing. Just watch your sodium, fat and calories. Your going to do fine.

Maybe its muscle you have gained. Muscle weights more that fat. Sometimes our body's do settle to a weight that is right though. Nothing wrong with that.

Your human like the rest of us. Live and learn and don't beat yourself up. You will know not to do it again. I remember the first time I ate spagetti after I started MFP and then logged it. I did eat my whole days calories plus. I did learn after that.

I hate breakfast on the most part but I do eat Pure Protein bars. They are good tasting and filling. And they have a good amount of protein. You should try them. They have them at CVS pharmacy or Walmart. Walmart is cheaper. You can get a box of six for about six dollars.

For chocolate cravings I eat one no sugar added fudgecicle. (40 calorie) That hits the chocolate and the ice cream craving. For just sugar craving I try chewing gum,100 calorie packs(cookies) or one piece of hard candy. Hope this helps.

Interesting. Personally I eat what I want. You can eat good tasting and still make better choices. I just tweak it a bit. Really after you change what you eat it doesn't seem like you have a NEED for the things you did before. I actually enjoy eating better. His experiment was interesting though.
