If I don't want plain water than I add crystal light. There are a lot of different kinds. Try doing different work outs, change up your routine.

I am completely with you there. It is sooo aggravating! I've lost 7lbs in 3 weeks.. And it's like I'm stuck also. Hey, I'm 24, 290lbs now, lost 4lbs before I joined this site. I've started this lifestyle change 1 week ago. I'm also 5'3. Would love to have a lot of encouragement as well. I feel great after this first week and surprisingly I can fit into my old 22w jeans! Keep up the good work!
