Pa here. This entire state lives on fatty meats and fried anything. The most daring the run away from is, fried pie. The Amish sell it at all the country markets and flee markets. Then we have funnel cakes topped with any fruit pie filling and mounds of whip cream. Pennsylvania is an artery buster for sure.

It makes into a wonderful facial or hair treatment. Of course you can lick your lips while it sets on your face. LOL Use it wisely it is great on salad and sandwiches. Keep up the good work.

I too suffer with bronchitis usually at least once a year. I stay with my eating plan but do add broth, seems I want that more than water and a boat load of tea of any kind. Eat small meals and never end up hungry and add a little snack before bed. I did grams and milk. Watch dairy if Doc gives antibiotics, dairy…

I agree with the negative feelings about the word "diet". My other pet peeve is the word "lost" as in loosing pounds. I don't like to lose anything so we have to come up with another word when we shed pounds.

I have done WW twice and it works. The cost is the factor for me now so this free site is great and does the same thing as WW for me.
