I am down to 128! Didn't lose much in inches this week... oh well... I didn't work out much this week because I have just been so busy- so it was all in the diet. Hopefully this next week I can get back into the swing of things with working out! I have lost 26 pounds since I started working out at 6 weeks pp so I am…

Thanks for starting this thread this week! I was crazy busy this week and it's been challenging getting back into the groove of things. We had family in town, so my eating and working out practically went out the window! I gained 1/2 a pound last week. But this week dropped two pounds, so I am pleased with that! Baby girl…

Awesome pictures! Well done! I'm not brave enough to take puctures... :/ you look great! Can definitely see a difference!

Static forearm plank- 30 seconds. Whew! I have an uphill battle!

I started level 2 on saturday! I actually did level 1 and level 2 back to back. I thought I was going to DIE! Level 2 really kicks it up a notch!

Oh- and I also wanted to add that 2-3 times a week I am doing a series called Ballet beautiful. It can be found on amazon prime if you have it, as well as youtube. It is ZERO impact which I love because my knees and hips take a beating from the 30 day shred. But it is also VERY hard. I also like to try and take 2 nights a…

Today was my rest day! I am thankful to have a day off! :) Jillian doesn't recommend doing it every day, but rather doing it 3 times a week, plus 2 days a week where you have a more intense cardio work out, plus two days rest. Another key to her work outs and weight loss is your diet, so they have to go hand in hand. This…

I drank around 90oz of water. yesterday. Pretty standard for me! I also had my morning latte... trying to figure out a way to have my coffee in the mornings with out all the sugar... but I sure do LOVE my latte syrups. I tried the sugar free latte syrup and it was TERRIBLE! Anyone have any ideas of how to make it less…

4th time Mom 5"1" 34 years old Pre pregnancy: 125 At birth: 162 Current: 141 Goal: 115 I had 10 pounds to lose from my 3rd pregnancy when I found out I was pregnant with Elliana! It's always been an uphill battle for me to lose the weight. I am excited for some accountability!

A challenge once a week is a great idea! :) I am in!

Yep- I agree, it is both. My belly has flattened out pretty well, but when I do "The Bridge" I have a nice 2 inch "sag" of skin that happens. So I definitely still have the stretched skin! Keep on working on it.... you should tone up pretty nicely! BTW: I had two c-sections, so I don't think the c-section affects that…

LOL... I WISH I lost during my period week! I tend to not lose any DURING my period, and then I will start losing again a day or two after my period stops. I am on yasmin, which hasn't slowed down my weight loss at all. So I am thankful for that! But I have heard of many women gaining weight on BC... it's fairly common…

1300 calories a day is normal when you want to lose around 1 pound per week. Take in account that on the days you work out you can eat more. Good luck! Karen

Depends on your weight. But for a 150 pound person you would likely burn around 100 calories- 115 calories for 15 minutes. I based this off of a low impact aerobic work out/ fast walking. Good job getting something in since you won't have time to hit the gym! Karen

I feel your pain! I was training for a 5K and a 10K (5K was supposed to be this past Saturday and a 10K on June 4th) and I injured my hip 1 1/2 weeks before my 5K was scheduled. I would definitely suggest going to a sports medicine doctor to see what's going on. Especially since you have some swelling going on! It could…

Chocolate is my best friend when I am menstruating! When I am really craving it I allow myself to have a small piece of dark chocolate. It's only about 17-30 calories per ounce. So in moderation it's not a bad thing to have! It;s better to have that, then to go overboard and end up eating a piece (or two or three! LOL) of…

Definitely fingers first! (Was able to put my rings back on!) My husband says my face as well, but I don't see it in my face yet! Can't wait to lose it in my thighs, belly and booty! LOL

Hey there! I am only now starting the stomach crunches! (I tried a couple weeks ago and it was still too painful!) There are two types of crunches that I do. Once is laying flat on my back with my knees in the air and my feet straight out (90 degrees) and I take my right elbow to the left knee and the left elbow to the…
