Hi yep another low-carber here. I'm still doing induction most days. ;) Lately due to stress been cheating. This is a very reasonable goal and we can do it.

I consume no more that 20 a day, I do have it set at 16 so it turns red Let me know I'm getting close. :)

Im a low carber 20 less a day. He said 20 a meal? Thats not that hard. I do 5 a meal. But Yes eat healthy fats Avocado, real butter. get most of your carbs from veggies so you feel full and satisfied. You can request friends from me if so you can get food ideas. :)

Krisbelle is the names of my first 2 daughters. Kristin and Belle (well Isabella) now the 00 I can't remeber where I got the 00 I've used krisbelle00 for everything even my email is krisbelle00.

I'm not sure but ECA stacks did nothing for me. If you want to be more tone "bulk up" try protein shakes or muscle milk.

I love to Gold gyms Cardio (shape boxing) and Gold Gyms Dance workout. I love them both. They both have personal trainers and let you workout at your own pase.
