This is what I do with them. I use a tiny bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Sooooo good, and good for you.

Fun with **** and Jane "We're in a little bit of a picke, ****" "We should have sex...on SATURDAY" We use that second line at our house ALL the time! Cracks me up!

I love Town Lake, but I only get there about twice a year. I'm near Houston, so I go to the beach to sit by the water to get clear thoughts. I also like to go to Target by myself, seriously! It's just nice to get a short break from the kids.

Like everyone else said, don't take it personally. I see a dietitian and that has helped me more than MFP as well. The bonus of MFP is that I don't feel like I'm alone in my journey. The bonus of my dietitian is that I've learned to relate to food better. I was a compulsive binge eater, and ate to deal with every day…

Thanks for this post! While I know this, I need the reminder every now and then to get my eating back in line. Today was the day I really need to refocus! Thanks again!

You are doing awesome! I always love to see the pictures with the face because you can really see the difference in your neckline and face. I can see it everywhere, but the face always makes me say "wow", they are losing weight! Great job!

I am on a toast kick these days. Whole wheat toast with a tablespoon of almond butter. we can't have peanut butter in our house, so we switched to almond butter. it has won me over!

I have about 70 left to lose. I've lost close to 13 pounds on here, and another 15 or so in the two years before joining MFP. Add me, please!

I'm in the same boat. However, mine has the peeing down just fine. Doesn't ever pee in his pants, just refuses to poop on the potty. Says "he can't know how". I hope he gets it down fast, though. I'm through with pull-ups!

Fenway is the most amazing experience. I can't even put into words the whole experience from the old seats to the green monstah! My husband is from Cape Cod, so we got to go to a few games when we lived there. He won tickets at work for a Red Sox/Yankees game. That was off the charts! There is no other rivalry in baseball…

Feel free to add me! I have two boys 6 & 3, and I am a SAHM. :) I wish I had this kind of support when my boys were babies!

I think what everyone else said was excellent. What helped me utilize the gym regularly was to realize that getting there is half the battle. Once I'm there, I'm in it to win it. Just do it! It helps me to go before I do anything else in my day. I drop my kids off at school and go to the gym 5 days a week. I don't do…

For me, personally, I honor my husband by not "friending" males that i don't know on MFP. I have male friends on FB, but they are mostly guys that we both know. I met my husband online, so I know how one thing leads to another, and I just don't want to even open the door for that kind of stuff. Does that make sense?

Asparagus is my favorite - grilled or sauteed with a tiny bit of olive oil and salt/pepper Broccoli - steamed red leaf lettuce/green leaf lettuce bell peppers (all colors) grilled or sauteed with light olive oil zucchini - I prepare this in different ways. One of my faves is to cut them in discs, put in a bowl, add one…

I'm in Southeast TX and it's been beautiful here all day. But, I do know how the weather changes so much here! I call it bipolar weather. :)

I don't know what POF is, but I've been married to my online experience for 11 years. We met online before it was "normal" to meet people online. Forget the fact that he was from Massachusetts and I am from TX. It's been AWESOME! Take a chance, and have fun. You never know who you might meet!

From Sportfit.com: karvonen formula This method of calculating your target training zone is based on your maximal heartrate and resting pulse. The correlation here is more directly linear: 60% to 80% of your Heart Rate Reserve, HRR, equals 60% to 80% of your functional capacity. To determine your target training zone with…

It definitely helps to have "friends" here. I've only been on here for about a month, but since I added people, I have stayed accountable to checking in and logging everything! You can add me, if you'd like! P.S. only add me if you are a woman, please. I like to respect my husband that way. :)
