I'm in!!!! I'm currently around 165 and am aiming for 150 My workouts incorporate strength training and cardio. Cardio is intervals, running/sprinting. This is mainly for soccer games :) Lets all support eachother :)

Cheese and crackers. Actually just cheese. I can cut up a good portion for myself put the cheese back in the fridge and as soon as I'm done I just go right back in and cut myself more cheese. I hide that stuff in the fridge now. If I can't see it, I forget about it.

Alicia.... Youtube exists. Google Exists. The internet is full of wonderous things. Search for what you want and you shall receive. Body weight workouts are probably what you are looking for if you don't have equipment readily available to you.

Hey! I do indoor workouts with a work friend and we find lots of things on Youtube. It is even things with out equipment. You'll find burpees after several minutes are not your friend but they do a body and lunges good :)
