I have started over so many times. Again about 5 weeks ago. This time I am seeing results pretty quickly and I am finally getting it in my head what I have to do to lose. I understand where you are coming from, congrats on making the decision and good luck!

All of the above but for me personally I prefer to do it before I eat. And the entire day if I can, at least the 3 main meals. It lets me know in advance if I should make any changes and if I have room for anything extra. I have been averaging about 200 calorie remaining daily.

I am doing this tonight but instead of Mexican I am going Italian, I take out the chicken at the end and toss the remaining liquid with pasta for my guys and spaghetti squash for me, and its delicious!!

I am a list person too and a planner. I decide for the week M-F, meals and snacks. This makes everything way easier for me, my grocery bill, budget, diet, after work time with my kiddo and boyfriend. It very much worth taking up my Sunday afternoon to make my week so manageable.

Take pictures! I was so hesitant to do it but when you have something to compare to, it is very, very motivating! Try not to be overwhelmed, one day at a time:)

I like this and I can totally relate. You maybe cutting back on calories but give yourself something to look forward to rather than dread and you will want your lunch. Try a new recipe and bring leftovers:)

Have you tried zucchini lasagna? Just replace the noodles. Chicken tortilla soup is one of my favs, buffalo cauliflower bites, Asian lettuce wraps with chicken or ground turkey.....

I had the same issue yesterday!!! I have made pizza quesadillas with whole wheat tortillas, and the fixings, just be sure to go easy on the meat and cheese. Then I dip in sauce. It cut quite a few calories from the norm.

I have seen some awesome ideas on pinterest for homemade ranch and avocado dressing with lower calories if you like the creamy dressing.

How can you tell that your are not getting enough calories, besides not losing? I have been thinking about this all day.
