Im looking to lose 60 lbs, i currently weigh 170 and im 4"10. Im following a low carb/low sugar diet (im diabetic). My workout goal is 4-5 times a week. I am aiming for 30 minutes of cardio and I strength train 4 times a week. I hope to reach my goal in one year.Lets do this!

I just started as well: currently 5'7", 209 lbs and want to get back down to my 135 lbs. Sadly 74 lbs, but after a week in of better diet and exercise I'm already feeling better and am down 5 lbs!

Hello Ladies !! I am looking to lose 16 more lbs by may 5th and then another 50 by christmas !! my motivation is my daughter. She will be 2 in may and i want to be as healthy as i can be for her and my little family. Im 25 years old and have been feeling so unhappy with my body, so its time for a change. I have been exercising and eating healthier for the last 2 weeks. Gave up my addicition .... "soft drinks" !! lost 9.8 lbs since march 3rd.
