Time and consistency (in weight loss and training) will solve your problem. It will probably take a 6 months to a year of hard, consistent work, but you'll get change. If you give up heavy weighted leg work, you give up toned legs and thighs. You should be weighting your squats and lunges MORE.

Have you tried catnip? I've heard Dr. Oz recommend it a couple times.

Actually the only time I'm at risk for camel toe is when I wear undies to work out. Plus you have a panty line. I think I look hot in compression tights san undies. :)
-
I wear compression leggings, no underwear. Anytime I wear drawers they get all bunchy and distracting.

Some of my best times were spent in darkrooms and that was just simple B&W processing - I never really got to dive into color but I did experiment with liquid emulsions which were f*cking amazingly fun. I sometimes wish I'd gone for a Masters so I could have more time to make things. Anyway - speaking of film and subject…

I would say focus on your body comp progress more than weight - do you know your BF%? I'm in a similar situation where I feel like I've completely trained myself with my current (and pretty active) routine, so I don't burn near the amount of cals I used to. I realized this week after a personal training consultation I have…

I so SO agree with you, dude. We hire a lot of photographers remotely at my work, and you can tell IMMEDIATELY the pros from the guy who had 1500 to blow on a DSLR. It's so obvious who put the work in during production as opposed to post-production. I'm certainly not a pro, but I do have photography experience and I…

We have a T2i at work and I like it, I've always used Canon bodies and lenses UNTIL my awesome brother gave me a Nikon D90 and I am forever a Nikon girl now. Their lenses are far superior (IMO) to comparable Canon lenses, if ever slightly more expensive.

It's Friday, so I pretty much love everything right now. Even the contracts I have to write.

It's very true.

ahahahaha. I know! I was like, 'damn, I don't even need to lose any weight, I'm hot already."

Threads like this are 50% wild hyperbole, 40% tl;dr and 10% trolling and make me love the internet more and more.
-
? I haven't seen threads attacking obese people.

Anytime, m'dear! You're a hottie and you know it! :)

Just keep doing what you're doing! Heavy weighted squats and lunges should help tone you up. Also, assuming you were looking at the top of your thighs while in DD? Because I can promise you nobody's thighs look good from that angle, lols.

Yes.

ooh, where do you live?

All of the milks. (Well, except soy, don't like.) Also, did you folks hear about all the raw milk controversies going on? I wondered how skewed (in either direction) the media is making this. Apparently it's easier to get pot these days than raw milk.

I think we all wish our diets swept the office, and did laundry and dishes too, AMIRITE??

There's a cotton-tailed rabbit who lives in the bushes by my office. I see him every morning eating little lettuces.

I love it. I think it is a perfect way to introduce beginners, like myself, to weight lifting. Emphasis is put on form and lifting enough to fatigue the muscles by the end of the set. I'm now better at cross training drills and running as a result of Body Pump. I've also noticed more tone and definition in matter of a…

Almond butter for me: That raw almond butter is RIDICULOUS. (and expensive.)

Great typography on OP's info graphic. I'm obliged to point out good typography at all times.

Does 'Family Guy' count? Because I've been watching it nonstop on Netflix. It's so ridiculous.

Amazing journey. I love seeing the results of pure determination and hard work.

Thank you. And you look awesome!
