Protein and Macros
I recently adjusted my macro goals with a 30c/40p/30f goal and am having a hard time reaching my protein macros. Any tips? I don't think the percentages are unreasonable and I did some digging online to find a good percentage for losing weight, but what do I know. I'm trying to stay around ~1500 net cals/day.

Anyway, anyone with similar issues have…

Food combining & supplemental enzymes
Recently I've been reading about food combining and I wonder if anyone with real nutritional knowledge wants to weigh in on this topic? Is it really more beneficial to separate (or eat first) protein and starches, then follow with non-starchy veggies? Is there any merit to this at all? (e.g.…

Does anyone love beet greens as much as I do?
I LOVE THEM. I've been buying bunches of beets, roasting the bottoms, sautéing the tops and demolishing. Anyone else have good recipes for root veggies who's tops are just as good as their bottoms? ;)
