I recently adjusted my macro goals with a 30c/40p/30f goal and am having a hard time reaching my protein macros. Any tips? I don't think the percentages are unreasonable and I did some digging online to find a good percentage for losing weight, but what do I know. I'm trying to stay around ~1500 net cals/day.

I eat chicken, salmon, greek yogurt (usually fat free plain or vanilla with low sugar), whole grains like quinoa, eggs or egg white, and almond or peanut butter when I need more protein.
For quick and easy protein, try a hard boiled egg, a cup of greek yogurt, or, my current favorite on-the-go snack, a half cup of applesauce mixed with 2 TB of almond butter.0 -
How many grams of protein are you consuming with that 40%? All you need is 0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight. But an easy way to hit your protein intake is by taking a protein shake. Sometimes I just don't have time to cook myself a protein so I just go for a shake instead.0
