Hey there! I do Bodypump and sometimes Body Combat. For Body Pump, I just log it as X amount of minutes "Strength Training/Weight Lifting" - which is oddly under Cardio. ? Body Combat to me is equivalent to high energy cardio/aerobics. You could also wear a heart rate monitor, from what I've heard ( I don't own one..yet :)…

Not at all, last summer my 4-5 day routine included several 2 hour days a week (boot camp, spin and lift) plus morning boot camps. It wasn't a problem at all and I didn't feel over-exerted or tired all the time. In fact, it was the opposite.

'Oldboy' by Park Chan-wook. Violent, intense and one of my all time favorites. In fact, the whole Vengeance trilogy by Park is on Netflix. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Vengeance_Trilogy HIGHLY recommended.

Yep, same for me. Bananas were taking up too many calories, I'd eat 2 a day as well. Trying to cut out most sweets as well, but that's because they are my Achilles' heel.
