I have endometriosis and know what you mean by painful periods. I've had surgery to remove some of the scarring and also did a round of lupron. You might take a look at this blog -- I've used it (bookmarked it) alot trying to stay in keto. My favorite is the southwestern skillet (day 6) -- I make it all the time and just change the protein (chicken, beef, eggs, etc.).
