  • Hi barbiecat Thank you for your good advice It is a better way ,then I was doing before. Have been writing down what i ate, then posted it, and when there was anything left--I could eat more, or when I went over ,I tried to make up the next day..for it. I will follow your good advice. I can see it is working for you.…

  • I am glad a friend told me about this site. I think it will keep me motivated. It is so easy to keep track of all the calories. Also it works out all my exercise I do. It is just great. I think I will stick with it this time--might even make my goal weight by this summer . Well got to aim high.::happy:
