So are you stating that to get your 95 lbs off, you have always done the TDEE method?
-
I am not weighing until Friday as Tom should be gone by then..I plan on switching over to the TDEE method for the rest of my journey.
-
Exactly what I do along with B12.
-
That is my fear because the #'s using the TDEE method seem so huge!
-
Are you also eating over your BMR? Does 1500 put you above your BMR?
-
great post. BUMP for later

I eat 1300-1350 on non exercise days and when I exercise as stated on here I eat some of them back. You can survive on 1300 calories with or without exercise. I too am a shorty 4'10 :)

I have been on Lexapro for almost 2 years now and I think that is actually keeps me from losing weight like I should. When I was on Celexa I was dropping weight but it wasn't helping with the panic attacks so she switched me to Lexapro and I feel it really keeps me from losing.

Hi there! I am Lora...I have successfully lost about 44 lbs calorie counting but now I am back to only 33 lbs and it is ALL my fault. I challenge myself this next 90 days to WATCH my cheat meals, workout no less than 3 times a week even if it is just 30 min on my treadmill at home & stay focused on the prize! I am really…

The soy was causing me hormone problems is what I am thinking and I switched to the allergen/soy free vanilla and NOT liking it and it is boring. I am trying to make myself like it but it is bland and even when adding fruit..I just don't like it :(

As far as when I exercise, I have an HRM.
-
So, I should have it at sedentary is what you are saying?
-
I have looked into TDEE..BMR and all that..Just wanting to try it the MFP way for a while.
-
But....did you all eat back exercise calories when or while using MFP's goals?
-
Do you eat exercise calories back? How tall are you?
-
I am currently on Herbalife as well as a Distributor and have been for 2 months now, I love the taste of the shakes as well as the program but I am really monitoring it because I am thinking the soy based products are causing me hormone issues as I have read that some women have a hard time with soy-Thinking I am one of…

Same here Chic. No need to argue. Everyone has to do what is best for them on their journey.

You only gain the weight back if you were NOT to go back to healthy eating habits!! LOL!! I calorie count while doing Herbalife so that when I am done with Herbalife, I will remaining calorie counting. That simple! WOW
-
Agreed!! You eat every 2-3 hours with Herbalife & I have not been hungry not ONE time in 2 weeks! I love it and it really disciplines me. More than calorie counting does!
-
I just started Herbalife 2 weeks ago and love it! I have so much energy and lost 5 lbs my first 7 days. It is NOT just about drinking your meals! I hate when people say that. You do get to eat food..Message me if you'd like! I think it is one of the best investments I have made ever so far. The shakes are sooo good and so…

-
Yes, my coach is telling me the same. A shake for breakfast as well as dinner but to eat a good protein packed lunch and snacks in between each meal...so it is not just shakes as people think it is.
-
Exactly what I do. I love the steak from Chili's (lighter option) that comes with the steamed broccoli on the side.
-
I always get the spinach floretine flatbread-had it yest with a side of steamed broccoli. Love it! :) But, the sodium is up there on it.

I only burn like 170-220 calories during exercise (hrm) so I don't think I am working out too hard but I have health conditions so I dnt want to push myself too hard.
