Thanks for your advice. I do have a scale that I have never used..lol I was just telling my friends on my page that I need to use that thing..I also try to measure all I eat but yes I do feel that I need to eat less..I just hear so much about the tdee method and eating over your bmr so I figured I'd try it to be healthier.…

Not sure, I just did it this morning again and got all the exact #'s I referenced above. 35 yrs old 193 lbs 1-3 hrs exercise 58 inches (4 ft 10) 40 carbs, 30 fat, 30 protein 20% reduction

I use scooby also and I am 35, 58 inches (4ft 10) 193 lbs, a woman of course lol, selected 6 meals and 40 carbs, 40 protein & 40 fat exercise 1-3 hrs a wk 1597-bmr 2196 to maintain 1757 at 20% deduction & yes I get blood work done on a constant basis.

So you are set to sedentary on Mfp & then eat back exercise calories?

1470 at lightly active is not above my BMR. & mfp suggests 1470 at lightly and 1330 at sedentary.

That is true that not one thing works for everyone for sure. But at 15% I would be eating more and that scares me to eat anything over 1700...in my opinion with the weight I need to lose 1700 is still a bit high

I have it set to tdee-20% which is what it needs to be set at to lose weight. 15% from my calories to maintain would not be enough deficit for me to lose weight

yes, that is correct. I went back and checked and that is correct so that makes it even LOWER to 1330. YIKES! lol Would I still eat back exercise calories or no?

I sit ALL day on my job and I am lightly active due to health conditions-I normally do for now4-5 times a week treadmill for 30-40 min each time & my BMR is 1597, I have done it on several calculators

That goal is for NOW & if I get below it then the happier I will be. My Mom was short and overweight and my Father is short and stocky so I will never be skinny and never have been and do not want to be. I just want to be healthier.

My BMR is 1597 and my Tdee-20% is 1757 per Scooby's calculator so Yes with Mfp wanting telling me to eat 1470 to lose 1 lb a week is BELOW my BMR

Thanks for the info! I felt so horrible when I was eating at 1300...Mfp suggests 1470 but I am scared that will be too low too. I may give it a try for a bit though.

4' 10 1/2...1700 daily-My calorie goal comes from the TDEE-20% method as well as me wanting to make sure I eat over my BMR of 1609. & I workout 4-5 times a week. Not strenuous at all.

This also-nuts, fruits, veggies, etc... Every 2 hrs or 3 hrs I am eating something small

She is trying TOO hard to be something she is NOT and it showed last night on stage & where I am from in order to TWERK something, you have to have something to TWERK first and she does NOT have what it takes!

Glad I am not alone in wanting to see them..I am always touching them now when I talk because I can feel them...LOL!!! But, I have to flez certain ways to make them show and I just want them to naturally..I am heavy chested so it may take longer.
