Thanks guys, I'm not sure what the white raised circles are though?? And yeah, there are two big purple bite marks with a purple patch around them, then the rest of the foot/ankle is red. It's like a raised spot in the middle, i assume thats the bite?

Well the thing is, because my sugar intake is over most days because of fruits, veg etc, I feel as if I can't eat more to up my calories because it will also up my sugar intake. I don't want my sugar intake to be any worse than it already is. I've even had to limit tomatoes in a salad because they have quite a bit of sugar…

Well, the one I have been using is a personal one which I have had for about 6 months. It is digital, and always auto-zeros. I am the only person who has used it, too.

I'm 5'8" and currently at 189lbs. My ideal weight would be around 130 - 140lbs :)

Thank you! That does make sense, I guess everyone is busy during the day time, and so you easily have something to distract yourself with, but in the evening we relax from work etc. Congratulation on the over 100lb weight loss by the way!!!!
