Hi I've just started back on MFP and started Slimming World a few days ago too. I have about 9 stone to lose to have a healthy BMI. Anyone with the same amount to lose or also on Slimming World please add me, id love to make some new friends on here!

How much do you weigh now? What was your start weight? And what is your goal weight? Progress pics welcomed! My start weight was about 15stone, and my goal weight is 11 stone, but I think I'll be perfectly happy with 12 stone, we'll see how I feel when I get there! :) xx

Feeling faint/dizzy.
So, I work a 5 hour shift just twice a week. I stand up for the entire time, as I work in sales and we have two chairs which are for customers mainly. possible bug bite?
Anyone know anything about possible bug bites? I woke up on Friday morning with a red dot on my ankle, by the evening my whole foot/ankle was red and swollen. Saturday morning it was so swollen that it hurt to walk on it, and today the redness has gone down a bit due to an icepack, but still swollen and white raised…

Why is it that we (want to) eat more in the evenings?
I wake up, and I'm never hungry. I do eat throughout the day, but in the evenings I tend to snack more even after an evening meal. Why is this?

confused!
i'm 188lbs and my goal is to get down to 140, so about 3 stone. Preferably more!
