I am 5'5" and weighed 156.8 this morning. I have a medium frame and carry most weight in the tummy area. At this weight I feel short, dumpy, and frumpy. My goal is to get to 140 and then go from there. Good luck in your journey.

I had a hysterectomy at 38. Best decision I made. Also am on HRT. Did not gain weight from taking med., just from my lazy habits.

I would like to do this. I would like to walk 20 miles for the month of March. I will be using Leslie Sansome videos, walking outside, or on the Tony Little Gazelle. Looking forward to this.

Would like to be down to 150 lbs. by end of March. More would be good, but this is what I am shooting for.

I don't have a snack drawer since I am a stay at home mom. I try to keep these items for snacks (sometimes hard to do with two teenagers in the house): Quacker mini rice cakes - different flavors popcorn pretzel m & m's Michaels seasoned baked cheddar puffs Laughing Cow Cheese sugar free jello sugar free pudding mix apples…

I would say just be a good example. Keep healthy snacks around. Let your actions speak louder than words. She's watching.
