You look and sound as if you are near your goal weight. It gets harder the closer you are to it unfortunately. Slow and steady is the answer.... I'm 5'2" and am 61kgs, down from 70kgs. I was down to 55kgs but and slowly put it back on too. I tend to look at calorie intake as opposed to carbs/protein/fat content. Good luck.

Great news, but sorry to say it gets harder the closer you get to your goal. I know. You may possibly need to eat more? 1000 cals a day is not enough to sustain your body with the exercise that you're doing too. I use fitness frog to keep my calories in check. http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html

It's Christmas???!!! Not something I could do but I'd sure do my best to maintain.

Good old PG Tips, with a drop of soya milk....... Can't beat it, 3/4 a day. Plus twinnings fruit flavour teas.

I run alone, ipod in tow. I stick to main roads where there is plenty of traffic. The bright clothes work too...... You'll get noticed (my boyfriend remembers seeing me run, way back before we met!!!)

I know what you mean...... I've recently met a new man in my life and I've slowly noticed the lbs creep back in. I've worked so hard in getting them off I don't want them coming back. Although I'm exercising as I have been, it's the extra glass of wine and his love for convenience food due to his busy work schedule. I can…

43 on Friday!!! Been here for almost 2 1/2 years, most of it has been on maintenance but I'll never quit as I don't want to go back to my old ways.

Sorry to say it but it's tough! I've been on maintenance for over a year but the past few months I've let myself slide and eaten foods I know I shouldn't. I do log all my food though. Although I've not gained too much I do know that if I carry on I'll be back to where I started. MFP is for life not just for the weight…

Are you eating enough? Checkout the following website.... http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators.html It's worked for me. But I guess if you're still not happy see a Dr.

Sugar Puffs..... mum only bought them every few months, they were expensive back then and would only last a day or two. I can't buy them as I know I'd eat the box in one go.
-
Give them away........ no point keeping them. If they are your favourite items, get them altered.

I've got a Fitbit One which I wear daily and set at sedentary so it calculates any burns. I also have a FT4 which I wear when I'm running. There's no way I could wear the FT strap all day. I've had the Fitbit for 14 months and I love it.

Have you checked out your BMR/TDEE? Try http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html It took me a year to lose 40lbs with plenty of ups and downs. The last 10 lbs are always the hardest. I've now been on maintenance for a year. It's not easy but I make sure I log all my meals, I'm good 85% of the time and at…

I started 2 years ago.... 5'2", 160lbs January 2013, hit my target weight 120lbs in one year. I've now been on maintenance for a year and hover +/- 3lbs. I now do lots more running, because I can, my skiing technique has improved and I can now buy/wear clothes that look good and fit perfectly.

Did you watch it?

You beat me to it..... interesting programme. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5RqPWeqhlI

I miss wine!!! Can't wait until Friday, I've had a dry January. I can't say I've lost any weight from not drinking as I've eaten the calories instead. However, I've discovered lovely sparkling flavoured water at Lidl.
-
You just reminded me...... made up a small jar last week. I've just had some on toast now. nom nom.

I don't know anything about you but I'm guessing that 1200 calories is way to low if you are training for distance running..... have you checked this calculator out? http://www.marathon.ipcor.com/marathon-nutrition-calculator.htm

White wine and soda....... just have the one wine and keep topping up with soda.

From Abertawe!!! Been here for 2 years and have been maintaining of 1 year. I'll never give up or it'll all go back on. Lost 40lbs to date now concentrating on my fitness. Obsessive Fitbit user.

Love my Fitbit One, had it almost a year, clip it to my bra and off I go. Wouldn't be without it now. I also have a Polar FT4 for when I'm running to get a more accurate reading of my burn, but Fitbit is pretty good at it too.

Adsa 30% fat free... or Tesco reduced fat. Hummus will always have high calories due to the chick peas. You can always make your own. Lidl chick peas are my favourite.
