  • J is the initial of my first name. Vorrei is an Italian word I love -- I just love how it sounds. Plus, "j vorrei" rhymes, so that's kinda neat.
  • 1. Lose 20ish pounds of fat. 2. Gain muscle. 3. Drink more water. 4. Stop eating just because I'm bored.
  • Iced caramel lattes (with extra caramel) from Dunkin Donuts. Yeah. I don't even want to look up how many calories would've been in that drink. At one point in time, I'd drink three or four a week... plus I couldn't resist the donuts, so I'd get a donut to go with my horribly unhealthy drink.

  • I need to move to the UK! I find if I check the calorie content first, I'm less likely to eat junk... I think restaurants should be required to list calories for everything on a menu. Might help those of us who want to make good choices.
  • Smoothies! Half a chobani nonfat plain yogurt, fruit (currently doing one small banana, four strawberries, a small handful of raspberries, two peach slices), a handful of spinach, and water. Tasty, packed with lots of healthy stuff, and 300ish calories.
  • Dear mother: You do not have "saddle bags". And stop pinching your flat belly trying to claim you're fat. You're 5'5", 105 pounds, and wear a size 2. Shush. Love, your chubby daughter. P.S.   • Hi guys! I'm 5'3". New to the site, so I'm not sure whether groups or forums are better... doesn't really matter to me. (I know, that's a huge help, right? Seems everyone feels the same way.)
  • Hi Selina! Way to go on the weight loss :) 10 pounds is *great*, especially in a month. Seems like you're on the right track. How do you like the Wii Zumba? I have a Wii, but haven't really used it for weight loss before.
  • I second the Mini Babybel cheese! Also great is Laughing Cow cheese -- they come in several flavors and are 40 or so calories each. This one will sound really weird, but I *love* prunes.   • I use flaxseed oil sometimes. I haven't noticed a flavor, and there's obviously no grit, so it's worth a try. That being said, you DO lose some of the benefits of flaxseed -- no fiber, obviously. And a serving of flaxseed oil is pretty loaded with calories (over 100 -- 140, maybe?). I think I've decided to use it every…
  • I add in greek yogurt (protein!) and spinach. I am the pickest eater *ever*, and you really can't taste the spinach. It's so worth trying.
