I'm 52 I was able to lose 137 lb over 3 years going from 320 to stealth 183. Big help from Doc Oz's you on a diet. Life style change not diet is the answer. Keep moving my friend.

Age is not a factor I'm now 52 and lost most of my 134lb during my 50 and 51st years. Good Luck.

If you have the right motivation temptation isn't a challenge .
