I am not over weight but my goal is to lose the fat I have in the stubborn areas. Stomach and my thighs. I want to become toned and help to build muscle. So one of my goals is to help boost my metabolism to help lost this stubborn fat. What are some good foods or even natural supplements that will help to boost my metabolism. Anybody have any good advice?

If you notice, all supplements have a disclaimer '...when used in conjunction with proper diet and excersize..." yet proper diet and excersize doesn't have a 'when used in conjunction with supplements' disclaimer.

Cocaine is a natural supplement that will boost your metabolism. From my observations, smoking it in "crack" formulation seems to produce the most dramatic results.
Seriously, boost your metabolism by exercising and increasing your muscle. Muscle cells require more calories to survive than fat cells. So the more muscle cells you have, the faster your baseline metabolism.0
