I asked the same thing about what they ate! She said they eat fruit all day and one low calorie frozen dinner and lots of water...I cud nevvvvvver!!!!!

ya know, i understand the concept of eating all ur calories, however...I have 3 friends that have been seeing completely different doctors in order to acheive weight loss and all of those seperate doctors have set them on 400 calorie a day diets and they are roughly around 200-250 lb.'s, soooo... thanks girls, all those posts were great. I did go walking actually and i made it over a mile, i called my mom and told her i was going to walk over and visit and when she told me it was too far i knew i had to do it, so i did. It was the first mile i have walked in years and very proud to say it only took me 25 minutes…

So today is a beautiful day and I would love to go for a walk but can't seem to get myself up and out of the house. I've always been embarassed by my size and am worried about what other people think about me strolling around town. I know it shouldnt matter to me but its a demon Im having a hard time dealing with...

it all depends on your weight too, me, i weigh over 300 lbs and burn 1300 calories just playing the dums two hours, it all depends.

So I decided for the heck of it to make a food diary entry of a typical day I wud have had before MFP. Come to find out I could eat upwards of 200 grams of fat in one day,thats enough to scare anyone skinny! I recommend trying it, I think its motivated me.

I read all the books in the series on average of 2-3 days each and keep in mind some of those books are upwards of 7-800 pages, thats how good they are :bigsmile: I seen the first move and am eagerly anticipating the rest but from the first one, the book is still better!!!!

yeah try wal-mart.com and find personal care, its under there and they have weight watchers and etc.
