  • I started January 9th at 229 pounds. Today I am 201. I officially lost all of my baby weight 3 pounds ago. I have also lost 2 pants sizes. I was really feeling badly about my weight loss because I had a month long plateau, but reading this makes me feel better. Looks like I'm right about "on track". I have at least 40 more…
  • Yes I retain super easily! My weight fluctuates up to 9 pounds it's crazy!!
  • I felt great! I never thought I would love working out. But, man I love high impact cardio and strength training. I do NOT love toning butt buster exercises, but I do them daily. The sweatier I am, the happier I am.. I know I have succeeded in my work outs!!!

I love that I'm not "dieting" with some…
  • I am on week 2. They are not for sissies.. but, I love them! I have already lost about 3 inches and am already feeling my muscles under the fat.. haha.

  • I have a 14 year old daughter, a 11 year old daughter, 7 year old daughter and just had a little boy 3 months ago..
  • I have found that what slowed my weight loss down was getting my protein from nuts. When I switched it over to mostly lean meats the weight slides off. So maybe try that, decrease nuts, increase lean meats.
  • You look absolutely beautiful!!! Keep up the hard work!!!!
