OMG, what magazine ? i'm in the UK, but i burn 600 calories a day if not more, but hey still scary stuff, so better start drinking vodka & coke far less calories & no wine belly lol :drinker:

yep, def count it in !!!! its a big part of ur calorie intake, plus it just means you either cutit out all togetherr or @ least in the week ( that i ended up doing & feel much much berret for ) or work out an extra 400 calories extra a day !!!!:drinker:

I know the feeling, i been public since jan, but had lots of health problems this year, so i got MFP to resent everything for me, & so today is onwards & upwards, & the first day to a lot of weight loss & a much healthier future !!!! :heart: :drinker:

i agree, it is hard trying to eat loads, but if u dont eat enough ur body will go into starvation mode, but i agree that eating little & often is the best way & eat plenty more fruit & veg than u would normally i promise in a short space of time u will notice the diffrence x x :heart:

:wink: im doing 20 min bolling hill's ( standing bike ) 4 min cool down, then crosstrainer for 20 min, & 4 min cool down, then fast walk for 25 min on rolling hills & 3 min cooldown, well this is wat i done today, it changes from day to day ! why do you ask ? im struggling but this week i have my mind set right on it

good point but im burning off at least 500 - 700 callories 4-5 days a week, but im feeling better & im trying to stick to less the added callories they give u after exercise & just see wat happens :smile:

i stuggled masive over the weekend & i was over my food intake for 2 days but today im back to routine, as im now feeling rubbish n sorry for myself & if anyone does have good ideas for tempting food im all ears x x x
