  • my goal is to go on a longer walk today....me and my dog have been doing about 1.3 miles....slowly getting her into shape too! LOL.....today im gonna see if we can't make it 2 miles!!! slowly breaking her in to do more and more each week....after 1 mile she is panting and tired....she is pretty fat and out of shape haha
  • i made me fat....i can't blame it on food, or ignorance or anything i KNEW i was eating too much and not burning the extra off...i just didn't care at the time....didn't care enough about myself to exercise....
  • of course you are still hungry with only 1200 calories consumed!! specially if you are exercising...here is a general rule of thumb...if you are hungry EAT!!! but dont eat snacks or whatever grab an apple or another fruit or veggie or grab something packed with protein!
