  • @Beka3695 How long is your IF, can I have 1 cup coffee with 1/2 n 1/2 or does it have to be just coffee. Like to try this but don't know how to start and how long to IF. Advice
  • @Beka3695 100 days left of 2020 I am on board. I am starting Oct 1 with a friend and going full force. 1. Reach 155 pounds 2. Take advantage of nice weather and walk, use home gym for strength 3. Limit alcohol to 1 x week or none 4. 1200 or less, don't eat exercise calories 5. Fit comfortably in my jeans -This is a MUST!
  • Beka3695 Yes excused from September but I am all in for October. Just found out that I have to start going back into the office, I so loved working from home, my furbabies will miss me and I will be lost without them. So I will need to meal prep, plan and get back on a schedule. Hoping the next 2 weeks I can drop a few…
  • I am sorry but I need to restart, I have been doing poorly and I am regrouping my thoughts and putting a plan together for a fresh start. Please carry my weight over. I don't want to face the scale and feel disappointed. I will never give up, just need to readjust my attitude and keep trying, few weeks ago everything…
  • @RubyRed427 Oh no I am so sorry to here that, I am also so worried of getting it, but I think it is a matter of time. Please take care of your self and keep us posted.

  • @Beka3695 I'm in! Just walk/ran 5.3 miles and low carb meals planned for the week. Commitment and Consistency it is really that easy.

  • Hello everyone, I am 52 (going to be 53 in September), I live in the beautiful Mantua Ohio, and my highest weight was 189 when I started on MFP over 8.5 years ago. About 6 years ago I was 145 and could wear a size 4. Today I am hanging about 166 and about a size 10-12. I am 5'5. I am following low carb and no process…
  • PW 166.8 CW 166.2 Now finally going the right way. Been increasing walking, need more focus on food choices and measuring and logging. Just found out I am back to working from home for the month of August. So I plan to take advantage of being able to prepare healthy food and more exercise.
  • PW 166.4 CW 166.8 Just hanging, this happens, keep moving forward.
  • I am skipping this weeks weigh in, busy week and just did not track like I should. But never give up..take it a day at a time.
  • PW 166.5 lbs CW 166.4 lbs I know what I need to do. No excuses. Still 3 weeks left in July, that could get me to 159.9 if I start today. By the end of Sept 29 for my B-day I want to be 155, I think that is realistic goal, that is a pound a week.
  • PW 164.4 lbs CW 166.5 lbs Really hitting a plateau,, been walking but calories been over 1200 a day, need to drop that back down. Eating my exercise calories are probably the cause.
  • I am going to take a pass on the weigh in, I know I am up a bit and I don't want the scale dictating my mood this week. I am getting back on track, off work all next week so eating good, lots of exercise.
  • PW 164.8 CW 164.4 Probably would have been lower because last night was a cheat night and I ate a loaded baked potato(I am doing low carb) and salmon. Kicker is I ate a small bowl of kettle chips so salt is never in my favor. Going to try for a bigger drop next week. Only exercised 2x last week. But scale is going down,…
  • PW 165 lbs CW 164.8 lbs It is a loss that is all that matters, I did not work out this week which I really have to improve. But since I started on my new journey May 4th I am down 9 pounds and 11 inches, NSV my clothes are fitting loser, my face looks skinnier and I feel better.
  • @Beka3695 I think my PW was 165.1 CW 165.0 Just stalling but then again I ate more last weekend being anniversary, this week little exercise, high work stress week. Last night loaded baked potato to jar my body. I am down 10" in measurements since I started May 4. I will keep at it. If anything I am eating so much…
  • @Beka3695 You are kicking butt and taking no prisoners, keep up the good work, Looking forward to seeing that 199 in June. You got this.
  • PW 165.1 CW 166.0 -8 for the month that is 2 pounds a week. Little up from last week, it is my 24th Anniversary this weekend and have treated myself to a few restricted foods. More than likely salt. Tonight we will have a nice dinner, small filet, lobster and I opted for a loaded baked potato over a dessert. Sunday back at…

  • Hello I am on day 3 of Xyngular, I am 52 and have about 25 pounds to lose. I am working out of the house and thought now is a good time to work on me. I have been on MFP for over 3000 days. I lost 44 pound about 5 yrs ago and slowly gained it a bunch back. So back down to 145. Add me as a friend and we can do this together.
  • @Beka3695 I would like to reset my SW at 172.1, I am starting over in May and looking for some serious progress. I am lucky that I work for an essential company and can work form home. It is hard with kitchen right at your fingertips. I sit longer and work longer than before, causing a slow gain. Trying a new program that…
