Ok back on track, still fighting a sinus infection for 2 weeks. Last week I did really well but I am not back to my lowest weight yet, hoping this week to post Saturday a good drop. Going to make positive and many changes in March for my lifestyle. Need to be 100% committed.

Okay I am way behind on weigh ins, not that I am scared, I just need a mental break before the New year. I will be back posting my Saturday weigh in starting 1/4/2020. I have been tracking and consciously trying to limit bad foods and getting in a good daily workout.

Merry Christmas Eve, going to family house tonight, made 222 meatballs and I did a 600 calorie burn on treadmill so I can have bites of everything and not go over.
