For me, since I'm low carb I don't eat toast, pancakes or waffles unless for a rare treat so I have no reason to use honey or maple syrup. I do agree with Dragonwolf that you should use foods as close to the natural form as possible like raw honey or real maple syrup.

PC mostly. I have a PS3, PSP, DS, and 3DS that are all collecting dust. I'm looking to upgrade my PC to a i7-7700K or Ryzen 7 1700X or 1800X. Not sure what to go with. My Brother has a PS4, we sometimes play that when he visits. Towerfall Ascension is a blast to play coop.

If you want CLA, eat grass fed beef and eggs.

Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K2 are scarce in common foods so I supplement all of those. Vitamin D is very important if you don't get enough sun.
-
I don't know what to tell you, either your dosage isn't high enough or you are missing enough of some other nutrients like magnesium and riboflavin. You can also try P5P since b6 needs to be converted in the body to the active form and sometimes that conversion can be impaired.

I read this a few weeks ago and have been trying to get more sulfur in my diet. I already eat a lot of eggs and have added bok choy, green onions, and radishes to my diet. I used to have carpal tunnel(hands would fall asleep or burn every day, wrist braces every night) but high doses of b6 got rid of it(500mg a day for two…

I had a McDonald's hazelnut coffee and McGriddle the other day but I felt nauseous from all the sugar.

I also have problems with dehydration although I don't have a lot of the problems you have and don't know the level of dehydration you are talking about. I make my own soups and that usually helps. I boil veggies and drink all the water. I also force myself to drink more water even if it tastes like chlorine (even after…

Yeah it's funny they decided to go with the pound of bacon a day as the reason for the news story.

Thanks. It's preservative free. Ingredients are pork, water, salt, spices, and sugar. About 3 grams of carbs in 7 oz. Jones All Natural Fully Cooked Sausage.
-
It's one of my favorite things to eat. I love pork sausage and eggs or bacon and eggs. It's also $1.59 for a 7 oz. package of pork sausage. Last time two times I went to the store I bought 24 boxes.

Sounds like the doc was ripping you off. You don't need that many pills for candida. I've read most of the books on it and read a fair amount of the websites. The only things essential to getting rid of candida is an anti-fungal and essential nutrients. Zinc actually helps glucose metabolism by converting sugars into…

I wouldn't mess with chelation agents unless you've done extensive research. Better yet do it under a doctor's supervision. The best treatment for candida for me is following a candida diet and high doses of magnesium, vitamin c, and zinc. I also take p5p and manganese with zinc since it seems to make it work better.
-
I take zinc, manganese, p5p(active b6), magnesium, vitamin d3, vitamin c, vitamin e, pantothenic acid, niacin, garlic, ginger, and I sometimes take a multi.

pork sausage or bacon, avocados, sardines in olive oil, chicken thighs, ribeye steak, cocoa, butter

I use a big crock pot and just leave it on keep warm til I finish the pot.

Pantethine and niacin show effects of lowering triglycerides. Niacin causes a flush though that some people can't stand. Chromium also may help raise HDL.
-
You may have been low on magnesium because magnesium deficiency causes tachycardia and heart arrhythmia among other issues.
-
I've been taking potassium supplements for high blood pressure and it really helps. I also supplement magnesium for the same reason.

World's Healthiest Foods: Potassium This site has a lot of choices.

If you really want to know go to nutritiondata.self.com/ and check raw foods vs cooked foods of the same type.

Thanks for the link. I had no idea that magnesium was full of !@#!#@. I was using KAL Magnesium Glycinate and Doctor's Best Magnesium. I'm going to drop KAL since it's high in arsenic. I buy my stuff from Amazon or Vitacost.com. They seem to have good prices, most of the time.

I like arugula and yogurt with chia seeds and cocoa. I also mix amaranth, red quinoa and buckwheat for whole grain carbs with a fair amount of fiber.

Fullmetal Alchemist and Bleach

I wouldn't supplement with extra calcium if you are getting plenty from dairy.

I paid $480 6 years ago and the blender and 2 jars are still in great shape. Love it.

The article shows that balance is important. If you supplement with D, you should supplement or make sure you are getting from food enough A and K. E is not talked about but that should be considered too. If you just take D and Calcium, you may get calcium deposits like bone spurs. Magnesium and K can prevent this.…

I went through hell for a few years after several rounds of antibiotics, one that was life saving. I read several books on candida and followed the diet for a while. I was on several antifungals(nystatin, diflucan, nizoral), I took store bought probiotics and followed a no sugar diet, but what really helped was homemade…
