I had terrible candida from strong antibiotics, so I did peppermint and lavender essential oil enemas, coffee enemas, msm and olive oil enemas, and probiotic enemas. It really improved my health at the time. Now that I take vitamin C in high doses for prevention of infections I haven't needed an antibiotic in years. I also…

I thought cassia tasted the best. The coumarin amount isn't going to hurt you either way unless you are going absolutely crazy with the cinnamon.

This is also what I do. ATG is sort of required for most Olympic lifters.

Harvard says there's no way to precisely measure them in foods but world's healthiest foods and other nutrition sites give some idea about the amount in foods. It's good you caught that. whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=50

tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, basil, and soon to have red or yellow pepper

My choice is rainbow light one a day for the price vs. quality.

more exercise, less food! I'm not a vegetarian but I eat like one most of the time so it's eggs, cream, butter, yogurt, veggies, nuts and seeds mostly for me.

The truth is out there if you know where to look. Most of studies that show vitamins really work are from the 1930s-1970s. This is just one source of what vitamins can do: orthomolecular.org/library/jom/ Most of this information is copyrighted so I can't just copy and paste studies. I do believe it's better to get your…

All lousy sources if you ask me. Most are based on observational studies and they don't distinguish between high quality and low quality supplements. I had to bold it because it's so important!

Bad science is bad.

"Note: Biotin, choline, and chromium are not precisely measured in foods and thus not included in our analysis." Those should be supplemented then if there is no way to precisely measure them in foods. Biotin is a cheap vitamin. Choline is high in eggs and sardines but a good supplement is lecithin which is really high in…

That just doesn't make sense.

Unless you left some in the pan or it burned up(bad cook like me?), it's in the food. I use coconut oil, peanut oil or butter for all my frying. I've started to steam everything and add a dab of butter afterwards for flavor.

I've grown to like stonyfield plain organic whole milk yogurt. It was very tart when I first tried it so I added a lot of sugar but now I don't need any sugar in it. I do add chia seeds and flax seeds and sometimes peanut butter.

I had steamed baby bok choy and am planning on steamed onions with eggs, kiwi, and maybe a lettuce or spinach sandwich.

I use their coupons all the time. Buy one get one free burgers, concrete mixers and sundaes.

Vitamin therapy can make people that were allergic to stuff, not allergic.

I try to take Vitamin K2 with my vitamin D pills. Also talking about calcium, magnesium also prevents and treats calcification of soft tissues. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24290571 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1838878

I knew it wasn't impossible, I just meant in my case and in a lot of people's cases where they don't like veggies. "All I know is that you can't get all your required micronutrients from food without going way over on calories without paying more for food or eating a fair amount of veggies or both." There, I fixed it.

Ezekiel 7 grain bread is what I buy.
-
not everyday day after day of veggies to keep my micronutrients up
-
I guess it is possible but I couldn't eat that many veggies in one day, maybe in a week.

All I know is that you can't get all your required micronutrients from food without going way over on calories.

I think cashew milk is one of the lowest in calories. I also drink a coconut/almond blend that is good.

I used to fry my eggs but now I sometimes boil them to cut down on butter and oil calories. I love soft boiled the best but I usually leave them in too long and they end up being hard boiled. I eat the yolks because that's where most of the nutrition is.
