You would have a hard time getting too much vitamin C from food. Diarrhea is the overdose symptom.

Beta carotene in sweet potatoes and other vegetables is harmless even in extreme amounts. Your body converts only so much from beta carotene to vitamin A. The vitamin A you have to worry about is from certain livers or supplements.

I eat sweet kelp or wakame once a week or so. I've read that you shouldn't eat too much since it provides so much iodine. I buy it from vitacost.

They may be similar but they are completely different nutrients. CoQ10 is great for the heart along with Vitamin E.
